The Allay Lamp is uniquely soothing to your eyes and brain, even when you’re most sensitive to light. Discovered by a Harvard Medical School neuroscientist, Allay’s patented band of light is calming even during a migraine – or any time – helping you get back to reading, working, and being yourself.
Adjustable shade to direct the light
*Risk-free guarantee: If you don’t love your lamp, return it within the first 40 days and we’ll give you a full refund, no matter the reason. See Allay’s Return policy on Allay.com.
It’s About Precision
Discovered by Prof. Rami Burstein, Allay’s unique narrow band of green light is non-irritating. It generates smaller electrical signals in the eye and brain. Smaller signals mean a calmer brain, even during a migraine.
How Allay Works
Allay produces a narrow band of green light that lets you get back to your everyday activities. To get the most from your lamp, be sure it’s the only source of light in the room and follow these tips:
Turn it on
We’ve got you covered: to easily turn the lamp on and off, just cover the entire top panel with your full palm – even in the dark!
Your light will always start at the lowest intensity. Drag your finger along the slider to change the brightness.
You don’t need to look directly at the lamp. Use the included shade to direct the light where you need it most.
Or, place your lamp up high to light up the entire room.
Be sure to use Allay for at least 30 minutes. For the ultimate calming experience, spend two hours or more in its glow!
Switch between headache (Allay) mode and regular light mode by flipping the lamp.
